What we’ll be doing

  • 09.45am Arrive at Bayspace in St Ives.

  • 10.00am We’re going to go straight into a gorgeous movement session, with a mixture of Somatic exercises and gentle balletic style movement that I do every morning to start my day off feeling balanced and calm. It’s FAB, and a lovely way to kick off our day together feeling more grounded and relaxed.

  • 11.00am Grab a coffee and healthy sweet treat and get to know me. Hear my story, and how I’ve transformed my own ADHD life as a late diagnosed female with routines, strategies and life hacks that actually work without the use of medication!

  • 12.00pm (ish) We’ll take a 15 min break to give you a chance to step outside onto the gorgeous terrace at Bayspace, with unrivalled views over the harbour and take in the fresh air. Before continuing our workshop to include loads of info about Access to Work, which is a government scheme designed to help ADHD people in the workplace.

  • 1.00pm Time for a delicious and nourishing lunch, with plenty of opportunities to chat and connect.

  • 2pm We’re getting creative after lunch with a Vision Boarding workshop with Mindset coach, Eliza Bell. It’s a great, fun way to set goals for the life we want to be living, and ADHD’ers LOVE a tactile hands on task! (including time for tea and cakes!)

  • 4pm We’ll wrap up the day here, but feel free to stick around and weather permitting head down to the beach for a refreshing dip in the sea to end our gorgeous day together.

Please note. Partaking in any outdoor activity is entirely at your own risk. If you are intending on swimming in the sea the organisers take no responsibility for your welfare whilst on the beach or in the water, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit and able to swim, and have no medical conditions that may cause you problems.
