Life Less ordinary retreat for ADHD women

FAQs

  • If you are looking for fun, creative and inspiring things to do to escape your everyday ordinary, then an LLO Experience could be just what you need. Perhaps you have just moved to the area and want to meet new friends, or you have been diagnosed with ADHD and want to spend time with other ND women who ‘get you’. The LLO events are designed to give a balance of nourishing, meaningful and fulfilling activities with a strong emphasis on connection and a feel good factor.

  • If you are coming to a one day event then you really just need to bring yourself and a sense of adventure! (Or a friend? Or maybe even your Mum!). If we will be spending time outdoors then it’s a good idea to bring suitable footwear/outerwear as we are in the UK and never quite know what the weather will be like. If an event involves some sort of physical activity such as yoga or breathwork then bring comfortable clothing and a yoga mat.

  • All one day experiences have a no refund policy in the event that you can’t attend or change your mind after booking. You are welcome to find someone to take your place, but you must inform us if that is the case as we will need all attendees details and dietary requirements if applicable.

If you are booking an experience that involves accommodation and overnight stays then you will receive full booking conditions and cancellation policy at the time of booking.

  • We want to make our events pretty exclusive and not too overwhelming. One day retreats and workshops will typically have spaces for up to 12 people.

  • We really hope not! But LLO founder Sarah has struggled herself with anxiety in her life, and knows how daunting things like this can be. There will be plenty of time throughout the day for you to escape to somewhere quiet for some time out if you need it. And do let us know if you are struggling. Sometimes just telling someone how you’re feeling can make a world of difference.

  • Whilst the LLO Experiences are designed to give nourishment and bring joy to the mind and soul, we are not mental health professionals and are not qualified to offer support if you have specific mental health needs. Any guidance we pass on (unless you are attending an event where we have enlisted a qualified professional to run the workshop) is based purely on lived life experiences and self taught strategies.
